Day/ Night Treatment – STAR & HOPE Program
The intensive outpatient program is integral to an evolving comprehensive effort to help individuals suffering from alcohol or other drug abuse achieve their highest level of functioning without entering inpatient treatment. Persons entering this program have difficulty remaining clean and sober and require an intensely structured, supportive environment which includes highly professional, cognitive-behavioral and empathetic counseling and support.
Individuals are thoroughly evaluated using multiple assessment tools and other information sources to establish the absence or presence of a diagnosable disorder and provide a clinical treatment foundation. Individuals receive individual therapy at least bi-weekly. Persons served are required to attend weekly AA or NA meetings and participate in drug and psychosocial education, group therapy, life skills training, and recreational therapy. Individual treatment plans are created at intake and reevaluated in 30 days to assess intervention efficacy and modify interventions or treatment plan goals as needed.
